Ophthalmic calculator for refractive surgery
A clinical calculator that supports the pre- and post-operative evaluation of refractive surgery, based on current medical literature. From the patient's pre-operative data it calculates post-nomogram refraction, central and maximum ablation, residual stromal bed, PTA/PSTA, the LASIK Ectasia Risk Score, predicted final keratometry, mitomycin time and more. It is intended as clinical decision support, always to be correlated with the in-person evaluation.
